Job Summary:

We are hiring Inside Sales and Field Sales Executives to generate leads, convert customers, and achieve sales targets. Candidates should have good communication skills and a strong interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Inside Sales:

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls
• Explain products/services to customers
• Follow up on leads and close sales
• Maintain customer records and reports

Field Sales:

• Visit customers in assigned areas
• Generate new leads and business
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Achieve daily and monthly targets

Requirements:

• Kannada and English communication skills (Mandatory)
• For Field Sales:
• Own 2-wheeler required
• Valid Driving License
• Basic sales knowledge and customer handling skills
• Willingness to work in the field and on targets
