Sales Distributor

You should possess at least 4 years of experience in Sales & Distribution, particularly in the FMCG Industry. As a Sales & Distribution personnel at Saathi, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales & distribution plans for Saathi sanitary pads, focusing on both local and international markets. Your role will involve creating and implementing effective sales & marketing strategies for the gradual launch of the product in urban markets across India. Your key responsibilities will include building strong relationships with distributors, defining terms of business, attending local markets and exhibitions, and collaborating with the Marketing team on various communication initiatives. It is crucial that you have a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Business Administration, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Previous experience in the FMCG sector and leading sales functions for consumer products is essential for this role. You must excel in strategic thinking, relationship building, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, having a proactive approach, the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, and a preference for independent work style will be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, documentation, and English is required, while knowledge of consumer product channels and distributors is a plus. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is considered a bonus.,
