Sales Distributor

As a Sales & Distribution personnel at Saathi, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a local and international sales & distribution plan for Saathi sanitary pads. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing effective sales & marketing strategies for a stepwise launch of the product in the pan Indian urban market. - Building relationships with distributors and developing terms of business. - Attending local markets & exhibitions, working with the Marketing team on a variety of other market communications initiatives. - Meeting sales targets and developing a strategy. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree (Commerce or Business Administration preferred) - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in leading a Sales & Distribution function for a brand or range of products - Current experience in leading a sales function across consumer-related products - Strategic thinking ability - Excellent experience in building relationships with new customers and enhancing existing relationships to maximize sales & margin returns - Ability to understand competitive analysis and be a knowledge base for the product range - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, documentation, and English - Experience in the FMCG sector - Excel in fast-paced, dynamic work environments - Prefer independently-led work style as opposed to hierarchical management Bonus Skill: - Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Saathi is a company that values innovation and continuous improvement in the FMCG Industry.
