Sales Director - Healthcare

As a Sales Director at NewLane Finance, you will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing strategy for the healthcare sales channel. Your focus will be on small-ticket OEM and vendor markets, as well as veterinary, dental, and healthcare adjacent markets. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a seasoned sales team effectively. - Recruit, train, and develop new sales team members. - Develop and implement annual sales plans. - Evaluate NewLane's competitive positioning and identify future growth opportunities. - Act as a liaison to key customer relationships and support sales in maintaining and deepening these relationships. - Coordinate between credit and operational support units. - Attend trade shows and organize sales campaigns to expand the market footprint. - Contribute actively in senior leadership meetings to help achieve strategic goals. Essential Functions: - Cultivate a culture of success based on service and customer relationships. - Lead the sales team, being directly accountable for performance, revenue, and profitability objectives. - Drive business development efforts into new markets aligned with sales strategy. - Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity, providing feedback to company leadership. - Assist in establishing and implementing training and development initiatives for onboarding sales reps. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree desired, but not required. - 7 to 10 years of relevant healthcare-related leasing experience. - Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce. - Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training sales reps. - Strong negotiation skills and effective communication abilities. - Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for trade shows and customer visits.
