Job Title: Sales Director
Department: Sales
Reports To: AVP – Sales
Location: Noida (Sector-2)
Compensation: Competitive Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, target-driven Sales Director to lead a high-performing team of Sales Managers and Senior Sales Managers. In this strategic role, you will drive revenue growth, ensure successful deal closures, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4+ Sales Managers/Senior Sales Managers.
  • Redistribute sales targets across the team and ensure consistent performance delivery.
  • Accompany Sales Managers during key deal closures and conduct site visits when additional support is needed.
  • Manage end-to-end client engagement including walk-ins, follow-ups, site showings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Coordinate with the head office for bookings, payments, and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and update marketing materials and ensure availability of site collateral.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships while upholding top standards of customer service.
  • Provide regular sales and performance reports to the AVP – Sales and help achieve monthly revenue targets.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of real estate sales experience (preferably in plot sales).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales with a strong history of managing successful sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
  • Confident in handling premium clients and high-value transactions.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while driving team success.
  • Results-oriented, strong leadership, and high work ethic.

Lead & Commission Policy:

  • Sales should primarily come from in-house leads or the employee’s personal network.
  • Sales closed via channel partners/brokers require the salesperson to share their commission with them.
  • The company does not provide additional incentives to channel partners.
  • Incentive percentage is reduced if the sale is closed via channel partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
