Position: Sales & Digital Marketing Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Organization: Emersion Residency
Location: Pune
Reporting To: Hotel Manager

Job Purpose

To enhance room occupancy, revenue generation, and brand visibility of Emersion Residency through effective sales strategies and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development

  • Promote hotel rooms, banquets, and services to corporates, travel agents, and walk-in guests.
  • Generate new corporate clients, travel partners, and long-stay customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for room bookings and packages.
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and closing of deals.
  • Maintain customer database, follow-ups, and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with front office and operations for smooth guest handling.

B. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Manage hotel listings on OTA platforms (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.).
  • Monitor room rates, availability, promotions, and reviews on OTAs.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
  • Create basic content for social media posts, offers, and promotions.
  • Track online performance, inquiries, conversions, and ROI.
  • Ensure positive online reputation management and respond to guest reviews.

C. Branding & Promotion

  • Support branding activities, seasonal offers, and festival promotions.
  • Coordinate with designers/vendors for creatives, banners, and digital ads.
  • Assist in organizing local promotions, tie-ups, and visibility activities.

D. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales and digital performance reports.
  • Maintain records of leads, bookings, revenue, and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–4 years experience in hotel sales or digital marketing (hospitality preferred).
  • Knowledge of OTAs, PMS, CRM, and digital tools.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel sales cycle and digital marketing platforms.
  • Customer-centric approach with result orientation.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads (preferred).
  • Good coordination and time-management skills.
