What You’ll Do: Sales Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential leads across platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, cold emails/calls) Understand client needs and pitch Fintrens products effectively Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads to ensure conversion Assist in onboarding and supporting new users of our fintech platform Digital Marketing Responsibilities: Create and manage content across social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) Run basic ad campaigns (Meta, Google) under guidance Assist in SEO activities and website content updates Analyze campaign performance using basic tools (Google Analytics, etc.) Help plan and execute email campaigns and marketing automation Who Can Apply: Recent graduates (BBA, B.Com, MBA, Mass Communication, or any stream with interest in marketing/sales) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative thinker with a basic understanding of social media trends Self-motivated, eager to learn, and open to multi-tasking Prior internship/project experience is a bonus but not mandatory What You’ll Gain: Hands-on experience in sales and digital marketing within the fintech space Direct mentorship from experienced founders and marketers Exposure to real-world tools and techniques in growth marketing Fast-track learning environment with clear career growth paths Show more Show less
