Sales Development Role - HR Solutions

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to maintain long-lasting relationships with our existing customers by providing exceptional after-sales service. You will also be actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing. Developing a deep understanding of our product features and benefits will be crucial in effectively advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications. Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers will also be a key aspect of your role. In this position, you will be responsible for processing customers" purchase orders and coordinating with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products. Additionally, creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process will be part of your daily tasks. You will follow up on sales inquiries made by potential customers through various channels such as website chats, emails, and inbound calls. Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Sales Representatives will also be within your scope of work. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-3 years of inside sales experience in lead generation, along with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree in any field is required, as well as experience using CRM tools to manage leads. Hands-on experience with the latest sales tools and technologies is preferred. Your expertise in high volume cold calling, email marketing, and other lead generation strategies will be instrumental in driving sales growth.
