Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective learners and working professionals.
• Explain the value proposition of 10XMarketer’s courses and generate interest.
• Qualify leads using pre-defined criteria (budget, need, timing, etc.).
• Schedule meetings and demos with Program Advisors or Sales Closers.
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
• Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound and campaign-based leads.
• Share feedback on lead quality and customer responses.
• Meet daily/weekly KPIs for calls, connects, and booked demos.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, outbound calling, or inside sales.
• Prior experience in EdTech or training-based industries is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in

  English and Hindi

• Confidence in cold-calling and objection handling.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in using CRMs and outreach tools.
• Self-starter with high discipline and target orientation.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of digital marketing or sales concepts is a plus.
• Regional language skills (Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, etc.) will be an advantage.
• Prior work experience in high-growth startups or EdTech.
