We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative with 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective prospecting, nurturing client relationships, and program management of the deals. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping achieve revenue targets and expanding our customer base within the B2B sector. Experience Responsibilities: Expertise in growing existing accounts (Farming Mining), with a strong focus on hunting within existing accounts developing account strategies, identifying key targets, and driving deals to closure while being measured on sales performance. Prospect and qualify potential leads through research, email outreach, and social selling techniques and facilitating the early to final stages of the sales pipeline Engage with decision-makers and influencers within target accounts to understand their business needs and challenges Articulate the value proposition of our custom analytics solutions to prospects, effectively positioning them to address client requirements Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Sales Leadership team to further progress opportunities through the sales pipeline and play a pivotal in driving growth of our company Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive lead generation efforts. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and messaging. Conduct in-depth research, including analyzing 10-K reports and other industry documents, to gain a deep understanding of target organizations. Collaborate with internal teams like Solutioning, Delivery, and CSLs to plan and execute strategies effectively. Strong research and analytical skills to track industry trends and understand client business needs. Skillset: Proficiency with CRM tools, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Owler, Crunchbase, etc., is a plus. Ability to learn quickly and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, self-driven attitude with a strong willingness to learn on the job.
