We are looking for a highly skilled GTM Strategy Lead with 7 to 9 years of experience in B2B sales to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic prospecting, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and managing the end-to-end process of deal execution. As a GTM Strategy Lead, you will be instrumental in achieving revenue targets and expanding our customer base within the B2B sector, contributing significantly to the overall success and growth of the organization. Job Responsibilities Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to sales, understanding the complexities of clients businesses and offering customized solutions that add value and drive mutual success. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use market insights to identify potential areas for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Program management: Push the lead through the entire sales cycle in collaboration with sales leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company. Strategic farming and mining: Demonstrated expertise in account growth through strategic farming and mining, with a specialized focus on hunting within existing accounts crafting and executing targeted account strategies, identifying key decision-makers, and consistently driving high-value deals to closure while being held accountable for sales performance metrics. Building Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate long-term strategic relationships with high-value clients and key decision-makers. Serve as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve their goals, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Brand Advocacy: Represent and promote the companys brand with passion and enthusiasm to clients, prospects, and industry events. Act as an ambassador for the company s values, culture, and solutions, enhancing our reputation in the market. Analytical Skills: Proficient in conducting comprehensive research, including analysing 10-K reports and other industry documents, to develop a deep understanding of target organizations. Leveraging strong analytical skills to track industry trends, anticipate client needs, and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (Solutioning, Delivery, and CSLs) to deliver tailored solutions and drive successful outcomes. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance. Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment to drive the team s success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for exciting clients, identifying key growth opportunities and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Continuously refine the strategy based on market trends, competitor analysis, and client feedback. Skill Requirements: Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, with a focus on lead generation and qualification Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Partner with the leadership of MathCo in chartering the portfolio growth. Manage stakeholders, internally and externally, to ensure successful closure of leads. Prior proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools is a definite edge. Previous experience working with enterprise-level clients or within complex sales cycles. Preferred Educational Qualifications Master s/Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field. 7 to 9 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Analytics solution Selling, and Demand Generation.
