Role Description

Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Kochi showroom
  • Drive showroom sales and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met
  • Identify and secure new project-based sales opportunities outside the showroom (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.)
  • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients
  • Oversee the sales team, provide guidance, and ensure performance standards are met
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Track and report sales performance, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Ensure high standards of customer experience and service delivery


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in sales development or sales management, preferably in high-end retail, interiors, or home solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and sales operations
  • Knowledge of local market and customer preferences in Kerala
  • Effective team management and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for sales
