Job Description

You will be joining Fotello, a company dedicated to building AI-first creative tools, starting with a fast photo editing platform tailored for real estate media. The team is comprised of elite individuals from IITs, UBC, UCLA, AWS, and more, and they have successfully launched a profitable product that is loved by real estate photographers. As they gear up for significant product releases, they are expanding their brand and demand engine. **Role Overview:** As a Sales Professional at Fotello, you will have the opportunity to own the free-trial to paid conversion funnel. Your main responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely outreach and follow-up for every lead. - Qualifying trial users by understanding their needs and purchase readiness. - Engaging and educating prospects through high-volume outreach via email, calls, and in-app chat. - Providing product walkthroughs and demos tailored to real estate photographers and agencies. - Handling objections confidently and guiding prospects to the appropriate pricing plan. - Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize trial nurturing campaigns. - Maintaining accurate pipeline visibility by logging all interactions and outcomes in the database. - Consistently exceeding trial conversion and revenue targets. **Qualifications:** To excel in this role, you should possess: - 1-3 years of experience in Inside and Inbound sales, with SAAS sales experience being mandatory. - A proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas. - Strong communication and persuasion skills to quickly build trust with creative professionals. - Comfort with high-velocity outbound and inbound activities such as calls, emails, and chats. - The ability to deliver product demos clearly, focusing on value over features. - Grit and coachability, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. - Flexibility to work in US shifts from the office located in Gurgaon.
