Sales Design Manager

As a Sales Design Manager at InterCube Lifestyle Studio Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for driving and executing design-focused sales strategies. Your key responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their design requirements, providing tailored lighting and design solutions, meeting and exceeding sales targets, overseeing design projects in collaboration with the design team, and ensuring client satisfaction through professional service and innovative solutions. Qualifications required for this role include experience in Sales Management / Design Sales, ability to develop and implement sales strategies, strong client engagement & relationship management skills, knowledge of Design Software / CAD tools preferred, excellent communication & presentation skills, ability to handle multiple projects & deadlines, and a Bachelors degree in Design, Architecture, Business, or related field. Prior interior design industry experience is considered a plus. --- In the role of Interior Designer at InterCube Lifestyle Studio Pvt. Ltd., you will collaborate with clients to create lighting-centric interior design concepts. Your responsibilities will involve preparing design presentations, layouts, and drawings, coordinating with the sales team to deliver client-focused solutions, bringing innovation and creativity to residential and commercial lighting projects, and ensuring designs align with client requirements and Hfele product applications. To qualify for this position, you should have a Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture, proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.), a strong sense of aesthetics, detailing, and space planning, ability to balance creativity with practical design execution, good communication & teamwork skills, and prior experience in lighting or premium interiors is advantageous. --- Please note that the company, InterCube, in association with Hfele, is launching a Home Lighting Concept Studio in Indiranagar, Bengaluru.
