Job Description

As an Inside Sales Manager at NetZealous LLC, your role will involve generating sales through existing and new leads and opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying decision makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process and penetrating all targeted accounts to drive sales from within the client base. Additionally, you will maintain and expand the company's prospect database and handle inbound prospect calls effectively, converting them into sales. Overcoming objections from prospective customers will be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new customers from an assigned geography and lead all aspects of the sales process - Provide assistance in solution development, proposal delivery, and implementation as needed - Lead day-to-day operations of an inside sales team, ensuring daily accountability and managing team performance through coaching, motivation, and goal setting - Cultivate new accounts and explore opportunities to expand business with existing accounts - Develop strong relationships with customers, identify further sales opportunities, and negotiate sales prices and discounts - Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams accurately - Collaborate with the Head of Sales & Marketing to develop sales strategies for improving market share - Manage and develop sales and sales support staff - Identify growth opportunities for the company and assist in implementing solutions - Meet clients at conferences to understand their training requirements Qualifications Required: - Graduation with 10+2+3/4 years of formal education or equivalent Bachelor's Degree in business - Work experience in sales or related positions - Demonstrated success in meeting business development goals and specific targets - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience using CRM software to track and analyze business metrics - Knowledge of the business development and sales process, with the ability to identify business opportunities - Strong time and priority management skills - Exceptional organizational abilities and multitasking skills - Results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed - Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team - Attention to detail, creativity, resourcefulness, and an innovative approach Please note that the contact person for this position is Chaitra P (HR), and you can reach out at +91-80-25149510 for any queries or additional information.,
