Sales Customer Support

You will be responsible for efficiently handling walk-in, phone, and online travel enquiries in a professional manner. Providing detailed information about domestic and international travel destinations, packages, and services will be a key aspect of your role. Your goal will be to convert leads into confirmed bookings, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals will be essential. You will also coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements and stay updated on travel trends, offers, and competitive pricing. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in travel & tourism sales/customer service. Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and tour packages is required. Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi are a must. A strong sales drive with the ability to close deals and achieve targets is essential. You should be proficient in handling customer enquiries through multiple channels such as walk-ins, calls, and online platforms. Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach will be beneficial. Candidates from Ernakulam and nearby areas will be given priority for this position.,
