Job Responsibilities:
• Interact with walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online leads to convert them into bookings.
• Understand clients’ travel preferences and suggest suitable itineraries/packages.
• Design customized domestic and international holiday packages.
• Follow up with leads systematically and close deals within expected timelines.
• Coordinate with operations and vendors to check availability, pricing, and special requests.
• Maintain customer records, payment follow-ups, and post-booking support.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and destination knowledge.
• Promote upselling and cross-selling of tours, activities, etc.
Expectations:
• Excellent communication (spoken & written) in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).
• Positive attitude with persuasive and convincing skills.
• Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of geography, popular tourist destinations, and travel products.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, WhatsApp Business, GDS or any booking software is a bonus.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in travel/tourism sales (freshers with good communication may also apply).
• Graduate in any stream (Travel/Tourism diploma/certification is a plus).
• Passion for travel and helping others explore the world!
