JOB SUMMARY

Admardi Pvt. Ltd is seeking a proactive and driven Sales cum Project Manager who will play a dual role: acquiring new business through field sales and ensuring smooth execution of projects post-acquisition. This individual will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the complete project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities (Sales & Business Development)

  • Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and lead generation
  • Present company services to prospects, pitch proposals, and close deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Gather market insights and competitor information to improve sales strategy.

Project Management & Coordination

  • Act as the single point of contact for client accounts post-sales closure
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams
  • Coordinate with design, content, and technical teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team accountability
  • Ensure client communication is regular, professional, and aligned with project progress
  • Maintain documentation and project trackers for internal and client reference

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in field sales, client handling, and project coordination
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, CRM software, or project management tools.
  • Ability to handle client expectations and lead internal teams effectively

Nice to Have

  • Background in marketing, media, or creative services
  • Ability to upsell services or identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Fluency in English and local language for better client interaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
