Role & responsibilities : Specialize in selling crushing/screening, and other construction heavy equipment Responsible for meeting company sales/rental, budget and profit goals Maintained and expanded vendor relationships Responsible to target customers in heavy construction equipment industries to develop Develop and implement specific marketing strategies Work closely with relevant departments and the corporate office throughout the sales process Detailed technical presentation and discussions with customers preparing proposal and cost estimations and quotations. Following up with the customers for deal finalizations. Getting product feedback from market & assisting in the rollout of new products, marketing initiatives, etc. Preferred candidate profile Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized Fluent in English , Hindi and regional languages (both spoken and written) for communication, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills Able to travel frequently Preferred experience from crushing industry
