Job Description: Sales Counselor – Sakhiya Skin Clinic Position: Sales Counselor Location: (Mention branch name) Experience: 1–3 years (Healthcare, beauty, wellness, or retail sales preferred) About the Role As a Sales Counselor at Sakhiya Skin Clinic, you will be responsible for guiding clients about our dermatology and cosmetic services, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into successful treatments. You will act as the first point of contact for clients and ensure a smooth and positive experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome and counsel clients about skin, hair, and laser treatments. Understand client concerns and recommend suitable services and treatment packages. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets. Maintain follow-ups with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and messages. Assist in managing appointments and coordinating with doctors/therapists. Explain pricing, offers, and EMI options clearly to clients. Maintain client records in CRM software. Ensure excellent customer service before and after treatment. Handle walk-in and online leads professionally. Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Good knowledge or interest in skincare & aesthetic treatments (training will be provided). Ability to handle clients politely with a positive attitude. Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
