Role Overview: As a Sales Counselor / Inside Sales Executive, your role involves guiding prospective customers, generating leads, closing sales, and contributing to achieving the organizational sales targets. You will be a key player in the sales process by handling calls, understanding customer needs, converting inquiries into sales, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth sales processes. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective leads and existing clients. - Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service information. - Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and product knowledge. - Maintain follow-ups with leads and customers through calls, emails, or messages. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain CRM and sales documentation accurately. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales and post-sales processes. - Participate in sales planning and strategy meetings. - Build strong customer relationships to increase repeat business and referrals.
