Job Description:Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Counselor / Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective customers, generating leads, closing sales, and helping achieve organizational sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective leads and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service information.
• Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Maintain follow-ups with leads and customers through calls, emails, or messages.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM and sales documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales and post-sales processes.
• Participate in sales planning and strategy meetings.
• Build strong customer relationships to increase repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Good listening skills and customer handling experience.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools.
• Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
