Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Sales Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through their aesthetic journey—from consultation to conversion—while ensuring an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel clients about skin, hair, and laser treatments based on their needs.
Explain treatment benefits, procedures, and pricing with clarity and confidence.
Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and package sales.
Follow up with leads and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain client records and track conversions using CRM or Excel.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, counselling, or client handling (aesthetic clinic or healthcare preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated.
Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
