JOB OVERVIEW -:

Your role would be of a Sales Counsellor who would be required to sell the training programs of NIIT pertaining to the BFSI industry . As a Sales Counsellor , you would be expected to counsel the prospects effectively for the programs whereby ensuring that the prospect enrolls for the program which is most suitable to his/ her profile and need. You shall be designated as Sr. Sales Counsellor.

Job Responsibility -:

• Calling & Following up with potential NIIT learners to propagate NIIT’s mission of providing career advancement opportunities.
• Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes Interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post sales relationship management.
• Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat and social media during the pre and post-sales processes
• Maintaining a detailed record of all the interactions.

Educational Qualification

• Mandatory : Graduate
• Optional : PG

Experience

• Minimum : 1 yr
• Maximum : 4 yrs
• Preferably in Education Sales
