Job Description

Sales Process Management:

Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
Track the status of sales orders from placement through delivery, proactively identifying and resolving any potential delays.

Customer & Team Support:

Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to sales orders, product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate effectively with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups with clients and the prompt resolution of any issues or concerns.
Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, production, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis:

Assist in generating various sales reports, including weekly sales summaries, pipeline updates, and performance against targets.
Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and contribute insights to sales strategy discussions.

Administrative Support:

Manage sales correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications.
Organize and maintain sales files, both physical and digital.
Assist with the coordination of sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Support the sales team with travel arrangements and expense reports, if required.
