Job Description

Looking for a skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be responsible for providing sales support and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage sales orders, invoices, and other related documents.
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to enhance sales performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales software applications.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
