Sales Coordinator

Supports the sales team by coordinating sales activities and ensuring efficient communication between internal teams and customers

• Making quotations and follow up with customers for orders
• Techno-Commercial Negotiation with customers
• Interact with customers for product inquiries, pending orders and quotations
• Making Sales Orders and interact with factory team for timely delivery of orders
• Payment follow up
• Maintaining and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A technical bent of mind will be useful though not necessary
• Providing excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
