Role

• *Sales Team Coordination*: Manage schedules, file documents, and communicate relevant information to the sales team.
• *Customer Relations*: Handle customer complaints, provide after-sales support, and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• *Order Processing*: Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
• *Sales Support*: Assist in preparing promotional materials and events.
• *Reporting and Analytics*: Store and sort financial and non-financial data, presenting reports on sales performance.
• *Communication*: Inform clients about delays or problems and ensure adherence to laws and policies.
  

Requirements

• *Experience*: 3-5 years in sales coordination or related administrative roles.
• *Skills*: Good computer skills (MS Office), proficiency in English.
• *Knowledge*: Understanding of sales processes, customer service principles.
  

• Coordinate with other departments like marketing and finance.
• Monitor team progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
• Provide technical support and maintain sales information and metrics.
