Job Description:

What You will do:

· Prepare and present final sales reports, performance metrics, and key insights to the reporting.

· Ensure timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, and targets from the sales team.

· Act as the point of contact between the senior management and the sales team, ensuring smooth communication.

· Relay key directives, updates, and feedback from the senior management to the sales team and vice versa.

· Ensure all sales data is accurately recorded in CRM or designated software, follow up with the CRM team.

· Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client-related documents.

· Work closely with the marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal execution.

· Coordinate with finance teams for invoicing, payment tracking, and commission calculations.

· Assist the senior management in market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.

· Provide insights and recommendations based on sales trends and customer feedback.

Requirements:

· a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

· Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.

· 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in real estate.

· Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, CRM tools, Google Sheets, etc.)..

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Knowledge of real estate industry trends, sales processes, and documentation is a plus.
