Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. Prepare and maintain daily and monthly sales reports
Check and maintain customer ledgers and outstanding records
Coordinate between sales, accounts, and dispatch departments
Follow up with clients for payments and order confirmations
Assist sales team with documentation, quotations, and data entry
Track sales targets and update the team with progress
Support sales executives with order processing and customer communication
Maintain an organized record of sales data, client records, and invoices
