Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at Seven Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales coordination and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments and following up on leads.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and expand the client base.
Manage and update sales records, reports, and databases.
Assist in developing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience with CRM software is an asset.
