Job Description

· Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls to prospective customers or clients to promote products or services offered by the company. · Lead Generation: Generating leads through cold calling, email campaigns, Data Searching & Whats App. Software and other sales prospecting techniques. · Product Knowledge: Having a thorough understanding of the company's products or services in order to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers. · Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers over the phone to understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide solutions that meet their requirements. · Sales Pitch: Delivering persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to make a purchase or sign up for the company's services. · Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company, such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets. · Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. · Follow-up: Following up with leads and customers to provide additional information, address any concerns, and close sales. · Collaboration: Collaborating with other members of the sales team, as well as marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.
