Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Kozhikode. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating sales activities, handling client inquiries, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with customers. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will support sales strategies and assist in achieving sales targets.

• Experience in Customer Service and Communication
• Proficiency in Sales and supporting sales strategies
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
