You will join Pickup Trails Travel Company as a Travel Sales and Customer Service Representative. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their booking process and travel journey. Your key responsibilities will include communicating with clients through various channels to offer personalized assistance and ensure smooth booking procedures. You will help clients choose the most suitable travel options based on their preferences, budget, and requirements. Handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner will be crucial. It is essential to stay informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and promotions to provide clients with accurate information. Collaboration with team members to maintain high standards of customer service and ensure efficient workflow is vital.
