· Proper tracking and updating of lead status in ERP.
· Error-free sales order generation and submission.
· Effective communication and professional email drafting.
· Ensure accurate and timely preparation of enquiries/quotations.
· Maintain proper record of leads and update their status in ERP.
· Submit sales orders and acknowledgments promptly.
· Communicate effectively with clients using professional email drafting skills.
