Job description Position: HR and Admin Executive Qualification: B.Com, MBA or relevant Experience: 1-3 Years *Candidates experienced in Manufacturing Industries will enjoy competitive salaries Role: · Executive Responsibilities : · Aligning candidates for interview for specified job profiles. · Provide Offer Letter, Joining Letter to selected applicants · Completing all joining formalities of new joiners. · Maintaining all HR and Admin related compliances with the help of Accounts team. · Completing all annual reviews of employees with their supervisor. · Maintaining HR payroll of all employees including leave management. · Maintaining cleanliness in office and factory area. · Managing office stationary, pantry inventory. · Arranging lunch/dinner for guest visiting factory. · Arranging and setting up annual events for employee engagement.
