Job Title: UPVC Sales & Marketing Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell UPVC windows and doors. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience in the construction sector or UPVC industry, with strong client-handling and field sales abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate, residential, and commercial sectors.

Meet builders, architects, contractors, and dealers to promote UPVC products.

Conduct site visits and understand client requirements for UPVC doors/windows.

Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and daily/weekly reports to the manager.

Coordinate with the technical and production teams for quotations, site measurements, and deliveries.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or client meetings as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction, building materials, or UPVC industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in the field.

Basic knowledge of UPVC products (training will be provided if needed).

Familiarity with local market and construction trends.

Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).

Proficiency in local language; basic English and computer skills.

Education:

Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Civil Engineering background is a plus).
