Job Description

Promotion Inputs

To track the monthly availability of promotion inputs/PS
Timely Dispatch of all inputs for successive month and monitoring inventory

MIS / Data sheets

Preparing MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis for Sales Team, Marketing and Divisional Head.
Report includes; sales and collection, TP Field-work analysis -DCR, Expenses check/approvals, promotion and PS availability, dispatch, and inventory monitoring and implementation as per plans/requirements.

MSL/STP/FFR

Coordinating with RBM/SM/SH for maintaining up-to-date MSL/STP with accurate data on quarterly basis.
FFR reporting unlocking /analysis

Sales/Marketing Coordination

Coordinating with Sales and marketing team in Customer-data based activities, conference, webinars, regional meetings, camps, dog shows, and various customer-engagement activities (including digital/virtual)
Sales team working accessories procurement/ dispatch.
CRM activities support

Expenses

Field Expenses check/review/approvals, other expenses reimbursements for promotion, payment processing of speaker, work assignments, magazines, journals and other vendors based on need

Inter-department coordination

Field-HR: recruitment, confirmation, separation
Distribution: PS availability, Loyalty/trade promotion program data generation and implementation, write-offs
Finance: payment processing and release
DPG/Dispatch: generate Input dispatch requests/ courier tracking
Purchase/Studio: maintain PRs at divisional level
End-to-end coordination of review/briefing/other meetings at field and HO. (Sales Admin/Astron Travels/HO admin)
