Job Description

Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and client communications. Coordinate between sales representatives and internal departments (dispatch, accounts, inventory). Prepare and follow up on sales proposals and quotations. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely updates on orders, dispatches, and queries. Handle client complaints or feedback and escalate complex issues to the sales manager. Ensure accurate entry of customer orders in the system. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, including sales performance and targets. Analyse sales trends and assist management in forecasting. Maintain customer database and sales records.
