Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in India. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include assisting in sales reporting, handling customer inquiries, managing sales documentation, and liaising between sales, customers, and other departments. The role involves maintaining and updating sales records, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Strong Sales skills and experience in supporting sales teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
