Job Description

Provides support to ensure efficient operation of office. Answers the telephone, schedules meetings, and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results. Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, scheduling repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques. Provides information by answering questions and requests. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings Make travel and accommodation arrangements Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports Oversee the performance of other clerical staff Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports Take minutes during meetings Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Organize and maintain the office filing system Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
