Sales Coordinator ( Female )

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments (production, dispatch, accounts, etc.)
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and proforma invoices
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM and ERP systems
• Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery of products
• Monitor and report on sales progress, outstanding orders, and delivery schedules
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other documentation
• Handle after-sales support and communicate with customers for feedback
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and technical/service teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the machinery or manufacturing sector
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP/CRM systems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Team player with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
