Sales Coordinator (FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator (Female) to join our team at Wagad Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC). You will be a key link between our sales team, production, and customers. Your primary role will be to ensure smooth and efficient order processing, from initial inquiry to final delivery, and to maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Process and track customer orders for RMC, coordinating with production and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Sales Team Assistance: Support the sales team by preparing quotes, reports, and managing administrative tasks.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales, deliveries, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales coordination or an administrative role, preferably in the construction or RMC industry.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
