Job Description

As an Indiamart Handler, your role involves conducting market exploration to generate new business leads. You will be responsible for sending mailers or company information to potential customers and reviewing incoming customer enquiries. In cases where designing is required, you will collaborate with the design head for design calculations and cost estimation. Your duties will also include interacting with customers to address any detailed queries regarding manufacturing and delivery capabilities. You will need to liaise with the technical team to assess commercial aspects, manufacturing capabilities, and delivery schedules. Additionally, your responsibilities will entail sending quotations to customers, following up on orders, and negotiating when necessary. You will be expected to manage customer orders received via verbal communication, email, or hard copy.
