Job Summary:
A Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, customer interaction, and collaboration with various departments to facilitate the sales process.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain sales-related documentation, contracts, and records.
Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services.
Customer Interaction:
Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with order-related issues.
Handle customer orders, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate customer databases.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure a seamless flow of information.
Sales Process Coordination:
Work closely with sales representatives to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Assist in tracking and managing sales pipelines, ensuring that sales targets are met.
Problem Resolution:
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any operational challenges impacting the sales process.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Science, Commerce or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role or in sales support/administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
