Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator in the Chemical Industry, your role will involve constant communication with principals and customers to facilitate purchase and sales transactions smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: - Raising necessary orders based on requirements and ensuring timely supply to customers - Preparing purchase orders, pro forma invoices, transport invoices, supply invoices, challan, D.Os on a daily basis - Maintaining files of sales-related papers regularly - Engaging in necessary telephonic conversations with customers regarding outstanding matters and repeat orders - Handling situations involving different packing, transport differences, or short quantity by preparing J.V and obtaining approval from M.D - Liaising with transporters and processing transporter bills as per agreed rates - Verifying that orders placed on principals match with received materials and average stock maintained - Providing necessary bills, challans, invoices, etc., and ensuring timely dispatch to principals or parties - Assisting management in sending mails, circulars, and greetings messages periodically The job is permanent with an evening shift schedule and requires in-person work at the Ahmedabad location.
