Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in sales coordination, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Coordinate with the sales team and plant for seamless communication.
  • Oversee the process from order punching to dispatch details for timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with various departments for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for timely payments.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes and manage ledgers, purchase invoices, and debtor reports.
  • Generate monthly and weekly sales reports for analysis and decision-making.
Job Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales coordination.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
