Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in sales coordination, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with the sales team and plant for seamless communication.
Oversee the process from order punching to dispatch details for timely delivery.
Collaborate with various departments for smooth order fulfillment.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for timely payments.
Assist the sales team in preparing quotes and manage ledgers, purchase invoices, and debtor reports.
Generate monthly and weekly sales reports for analysis and decision-making.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in B2B sales coordination.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
