Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales orders, leads, and customer inquiries, Cold calling on Database
- Assign leads to Sales Executives and Managers
- Make calls to leads, update CRM, and track sales pipeline
- Provide administrative support to sales team
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve sales-related issues
- Maintain accurate sales data in Google Sheets and generate reports on a weekly or monthly basis
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing Agency for:
- Website updates and corrections
- Ad campaign follow-up and optimization
- Ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
