Role Overview As a Sales Coordinator (Back Office) at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by efficiently managing administrative tasks, facilitating internal processes, and ensuring seamless communication between various departments. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and promptly. - Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems. - Liaise with logistics, finance, and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery and billing. - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management. - Assist the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and client communications. - Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment. - Support marketing and promotional activities by preparing materials and tracking responses. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales operations. Qualification Required - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Additional Details The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. This is a full-time job with a salary range of 10,000 to 13,000 per month.
