Sales Consulting Manager

l Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.

l Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

l Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that generate qualified leads.

l Conduct on-site client visits to understand project requirements, build rapport, and offer tailored design solutions.

l Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that align with client needs and business objectives.

l Serve as the point of contact for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

l Collaborate with the in-house design team to interpret client needs and develop customized design solutions.

l Stay updated on design trends, materials, and innovations to bring fresh ideas and insights to clients.

l Provide guidance on feasibility, cost estimation, and project timelines.

l Coordinate with design teams to ensure smooth handoff and execution of projects.

Report regularly on sales, client feedback, and market trends to Management

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture,or related field (preferred).

Experience

• 3+ years in interior sales, design consulting, or related field.
• 2+ years in a managerial or team-lead role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
